Training tomorrow’s leaders
Our future social scientists are learning to tackle some of society’s most complex challenges

The 2015 Alumni Week is now over. We look forward to seeing you in 2016!

Today’s best leaders use tools taken from the social sciences to understand and solve problems. By encouraging debate on human rights, political systems, social movements, and much more, the social sciences teach us to analyze and think critically about events happening around us.

As the world’s challenges become increasingly vast and complex, future generations of change-makers need to develop and hone their critical thinking skills to better understand our society and make informed decisions, many of which will affect us all.

Join us on May 4 to discover the important role the social sciences play in training tomorrow’s leaders. Four of our finest researchers will discuss how the next generation of social scientists fosters global progress, and ultimately shape the future of our communities, with one goal in mind: to make the world a better place.
