An exclusive evening with world-famous sommelier Véronique Rivest as well as renowned etiquette expert Julie Blais Comeau

Far from being irrelevant, etiquette and good table manners are subtle signs of respect and are more important than ever in a business context. And the science and art of pairing food with the right wine has never been more popular. So why not learn more about these vital skills while enjoying a sumptuous dinner in the company of colleagues and friends?

The dinner will feature a four-course meal and will be preceded by a cocktail reception.

Over the course of the evening, Julie Blais Comeau will share tips on how you can avoid faux pas and shine in a professional dinner setting.

uOttawa alumna Véronique Rivest (BA ’88) will explain wine etiquette and describe various food and wine pairings.
