Networking 101 and Dress for success workshops

Learn new networking skills and get pointers on how to dress for success so you can stand out from the crowd!

Are you a current student or young alumnus/alumna? If so, be sure to register for these two workshops. They are followed by a networking reception, allowing you to put into practice what you’ve learned right away!

The “Networking 101” workshop will cover the basic principles of networking. You will have the opportunity to apply your newly acquired knowledge with an expert from the Career Development Centre and uOttawa alumni by taking part in a series of practical exercises.

During the “Dress for Success” workshop, you’ll benefit from the expertise of Isabelle Rhéaume (BA ’02) and Valérie Campeau (BA ’96), two certified fashion stylists from La Complice boutique. Learn how to create the perfect career wardrobe within your budget and unravel the mystery of fashion etiquette.

The networking reception provides the perfect opportunity for you to expand your network and meet current uOttawa students and alumni.
