Panel - Women and Mentorship
Helping women reach their full potential
The Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Social Sciences are proud to invite alumni, students and professors to a discussion on women and mentorship. This event will feature a panel of experts who will explore how mentorship can be a powerful tool to help women overcome the systemic barriers to workplace advancement they currently face.
Women still face obstacles when reaching for the top rungs of professional success. To remove such barriers, we need to fully identify the problem and assist women now in the workforce, as well as women preparing to enter it, so they can successfully rise to the challenges they will encounter. One of the most effective ways of doing so is through mentorship.
