Family and Volunteer Breakfast The 2015 Alumni Week is now over. We look forward to seeing you in 2016! Families, volunteers and alumni are invited to kick off this festive day with a friendly continental breakfast. Saturday, May 9, 2015, 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Faculty of Social Sciences 120 University, Ottawa This event is free but we ask that you register to reserve your spot. Following the breakfast, join us for Science Rendezvous 2015, an annual festival that takes science out of the lab and onto the street! We work with Canada’s top research institutes to present a coast-to-coast open house and festival that is free for everyone. With over 300 events across 30 cities and 1000’s of mind-blowing activities, Science Rendezvous is Canada’s largest celebration of the amazing feats of science and engineering happening right here at home. uOttawa professors, students and alumni will join forces to present exciting demonstrations, hands-on activities, and explosive experiments. Activities will be presented in English and in French. A separate registration is required. These activities are part of our family programming, so be sure to pick up your family passport at the registration table as you enter the Faculty of Social Sciences Building (120 University). Make sure you have your passport stamped at every family activity you attend. At the end of the day, hand in your passport at the new Alumni Hall located at 157 Séraphin-Marion Street for the chance to win a prize.
