Annual General Meeting

Notice of meeting: As per section 3.2 in the constitution the annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on November 1st, 2014 at 10.00 am., in room 4006 of the Social Sciences building, which is located at 120 University, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 6N5

The board member nomination period is now open and will close on October 1st, 2014. For more information or to express your interest in joining the Board, contact the Alumni Relations Office.

 

Agenda for the Annual General Meeting

The AGM agenda will include the following items: the adoption of the minutes of the 2013 AGM; the adoption of the President's report; the adoption of the Treasurer's report; the confirmation of the University's auditors as the Association's auditors for 2014-2015; the adoption of the Governance Committee report (PDF); the adoption of the proposed amendments to the Association’s constitution; and other business.
